• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the sale date (after this date the order cannot be cancelled)
  • Once the order is delivered and signed for no returns can be made
  • Missing materials must be reported to us no later than 7 days after delivery
  • Missing materials will be re-delivered with 14 working days
